In this regard an online business or another forwarder or agent would connect directly with our database and access some features and wholesale prices. They will plug their deliveries to our business to fulfill their export delivery request. So your business does nothing , we will pick up your orders when it's packed and deliver to your customers.

Does it require technical know-how?

I am afraid the answer is yes. Let your developers do this for you if you do not have the knowledge or simply send us a request to help with this for a small fee.

Can we add a mark-up to the price? 

Yes, during integration you will be assigned an account , you would have already had a discussion and an agreement before this. t is important to talk to us first. 

What do we do after an order is placed on our website ?

As an online shop, please pack your order with the right details and leave it for us to pick up from you or you deliver to us depends on our agreement.  We would have already got your order on our system.

As a forwarder or sub agent, we can pick from the business or individuals directly, provided the correct charges and description is paid. We will process additional invoice if the freight is not as described.
